JayDee has loved being a Whole Health club Grasp Coach and spokesmodel since 2004. He’s an Educator for the American Council on Train and holds 12 wellness certifications, together with Pilates, yoga, private coaching, and Optimize Life Teaching. He has been blessed to show and certify 1000s of scholars and fellow health professionals worldwide.
His newest endeavor is sharing the huge advantages of meditation. He developed his distinctive methodology, Cognitive Cardio™ – Meditation for Non-Meditators, whereas instructing and lecturing at world-renowned Rancho La Puerta Wellness Spa in Tecate, Mexico for a number of years.
