Reprinted by permission.<span id=\"more-14456\"\/><\/p>\n<div>\n<h2>Lettuce Wrap Salad<\/h2>\n<p>Serves: 2 to three<\/p>\n<h3>Substances<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 \u00bd cups j\u00edcama, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd cups shiitake mushrooms, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup crimson onion, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li>\u00be cup crimson bell pepper, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li>1 cup bean sprouts, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li>2 scallions, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup Chinese language pea pods (snow peas), finely sliced<\/li>\n<li>3 tablespoon tamari<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon lime juice<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 head butter lettuce leaves<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup mint leaves<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd bunch cilantro, with stems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Directions<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Wash lettuce leaves and wrap in paper or kitchen towels. Place in fridge to sit back and crisp.<\/li>\n<li>Marinate chopped greens besides lettuce, mint, and cilantro, in oil and tamari for 10 minutes.<\/li>\n<li><em>To serve:\u00a0<\/em>Place filling on plate and serve lettuce leaves, cilantro, and mint on a separate plate.\u00a0Make wrap by putting filling on a butter lettuce leaf, together with a chunk of mint, cilantro leaves, and a drizzle every of the peanut, cilantro, and tamari sauces.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Filling will be served heat or chilly. I prefer it heat particularly with crisp chilled lettuce leaves.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tip:<\/strong> Place components in dehydrator at 110 levels for 1 hour to heat and barely soften greens.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Three Sauces:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Make 3 dipping sauces, which can be utilized for any wrap.<\/p>\n<h2>Peanut Sauce<\/h2>\n<h3>Substances<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bc cup uncooked peanut butter or uncooked almond butter<\/li>\n<li>1 garlic clove, minced or crushed<\/li>\n<li>juice of 1 lime<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoon agave nectar<\/li>\n<li>3 tablespoon tamari or nama shoyu<\/li>\n<li>3 tablespoon water or as wanted to desired texture<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoon grated ginger or pinch of powdered ginger<\/li>\n<li>pinch crushed crimson pepper flakes to style; or for a\u00a0spicier model, add finely chopped serrano chili<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Directions<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>In a mixing bowl, whisk collectively nut butter, garlic, lime juice, agave nectar, tamari, water, ginger, crimson pepper flakes.
